Forget the matching polos and awkward poses. Let your kids run wild while I capture the laughter, chaos and love that is your life. I’m all about keeping it real.
I’m here to document your family during each fleeting stage of life. Whoever your tribe is and no matter how many times you’ve had your pictures taken - I want to create a visual narrative that represents your real life.
Is your vibe a sunset at the park, surrounded by nature? Or messing around at home and in your garden? Whatever it is you love, let’s capture it so you can love on your photos when they’re on your walls, in an album or on your lock screen.
How do I book?
Send me an enquiry via the Contact page or shoot me a message on Instagram or via email. Tell me a bit about yourself! What type of shoot are you after and when would you like it to happen?
How do I pay?
I take a $250 deposit to secure your booking. The remainder is to be paid in the week leading up to your session. Payment plans are available upon request.
How do I receive my photos?
I will edit your photos soon after your shoot. I will then email you a link to an online gallery, free for you to download, within 3 weeks of your session date.
What if my kid/s don't cooperate?
Toddlers and young kids can be tricky but it doesn't take long to get some good shots. A short burst of their attention is enough! Remember that we're not striving for perfection in these shoots. There is beauty in the small, imperfect moments. I want to capture your family just as you are - if that means running crazily around a park for an hour, then perfect!
And SNACKS. Always bring snacks. Nothing wrong with a bit of bribery.
Do you have a client wardrobe?
For newborns - yes! But not for the rest of the family. I'm a big believer in personal style. I don't want to photograph people in cookie-cutter outfits chosen by me. Choose something that you love and feel good in! I will email you a Style Guide PDF when you book to give you some pointers. Have a browse on Pinterest and Instagram for inspiration too!
What time of day do you shoot?
I recommend outdoor shoots taking place at golden hour i.e. the hour before sunset. I understand that this may be your little one's trickiest time of day... but remember it's only a routine change for one day. Lighting is so important for beautiful photographs! Indoor sessions can take place at any time of day (maybe let me know what time of day brings the best natural light into your home!).
What if it's raining on the day?
No biggie! The weather forecast can often be really wrong so I recommend waiting until the day arrives to see what it's like. If it's pouring with rain then we will reschedule. I'll check in a couple of hours before our shoot to make the final call.
